Good practices of living labs at Jagiellonian University

Today, in the spaces of the Faculty of Management and Social Communication at the Jagiellonian University, we hosted food systems researchers from the Institute of Sociology at the Jagiellonian University, who use a living lab approach in their research practice.

We were able to hear about how projects carried out in cooperation with the socio-economic environment are changing reality, about solutions relevant to social needs and problems, and about paths of transformation towards building more sustainable eating habits at today's seminar.

The meeting was an opportunity to share knowledge and experiences, and to take a multicontextual look at the process of creating a living lab.
