Building an innovation lab requires specialized knowledge and a practical approach. To ensure expertise in this area, the Faculty of Management and Social Communication at Jagiellonian University had the privilege of hosting the European Network of Living Labs (ENoLL), an internationally renowned organization of living labs worldwide.
During the three-day training course, participants had the opportunity to acquire knowledge about the living lab methodology. With the guidance of two ENoLL trainers, they developed a governance model, a business model, and a strategy for the Campus Living Lab.
The training proved to be both challenging and incredibly inspiring, offering participants valuable insights and enriching experiences.
Having the opportunity to learn from the best in the field was a true pleasure for all involved!
